Lillie’s Victorian Bar and Restaurant

A design/build project for a midtown Manhattan restaurant and bar. Working collaboratively with the owner, OAO actively managed the construction of the project, overseeing the complete transformation of an empty shell. Office AO worked directly with the subcontractors on an expedited schedule to deliver the client’s vision of a gilded 19th century bar with ornate ceilings, a heavy wood bar and tiled exterior.
