Office AO designed a renovation and complete façade overhaul for a retail store on Bloor Street in Toronto Canada. The original stone veneer façade was replaced with a custom wood façade featuring Shou Sugi Ban treated wood by Resawn Timber Co. The project centers around a refurbished stair clad in Valchromat MDF leading up to an expanded skylight.
This is the first COS store opened in Canada and part of OAO’s continued involvement in rolling out the brand across the continent, as OAO designed the first two COS stores in North America.
